“The Austrian exhibition and live-marketing specialists show their colours!"
- The focus of I.M. Austria’s marketing activities in 2010 will be laid on trade fair presentations, the IMA award, intensified public positioning and co-operations with exhibition centres (Service Book).
- Joint presence at Euroshop 2011 (the world’s leading trade fair for the exhibition industry and commerce) in Düsseldorf, 26 February - 2nd March 2011
- Joint presence at Access 2010, Hofburg Wien, 4-5 October 2010 including bestowal of the IMA-Award 2009 on an outstanding personality for special achievements in the Austrian exhibition, event and congress industry.
- Participation at POM – Point of Marketing, 19 May 2010, Vienna, with several presentations held by an international expert and our members
- Participation in the IFES-Convention (21-25 June 2010, Shanghai) including a VIP-Tour through EXPO 2010
- Joint presence at the new trade fair "Meet & Adeventive", 24-26 November 2010, Eventhotel Pyramide Vösendorf
- Internal und external communication, especially through our new internet portal www.imaustria.at
- Increased external public relations, amongst others by introducing every member in the trade press
- Quality Certificate 2010 for all IMA members
- Co-operation with MA (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Messen Austria), especially with REC (Reed Exhibition Companies)
- Co-operation with the international internet platform Expopedia
- Preparation of a „IMA-Community“ based on an appropriate business-platform
- Increased membership recruitment
- Extraordinary General Assembly in March 2010 including the election of a new Board
- Preparations for the Service Book 2011/12 (Planned date of publication: February 2011)

- Prepare a new action and business plan for the working meeting in January 2011
