PROMOTING THE MEDIUM TRADE FAIR IN AUSTRIA, REINFORCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND STRENGTHENING THE BRAND I.M.AUSTRIA NATIONALLY
1. Strengthen the brand „I.M.Austria“ and its market leadership through fair presentations, IMA-Award, co-operations with exhibition centers
2. Publication of the Service book 2009/2010 in March 2009. Co-operation with Austrian exhibition centers to additionally distribute the service book at important trade fairs (media corner)
3. Upgrade the new internet portal www.imaustria.at, the search engine and the IMA-library
4. Internal und external communication, especially through the Internet
5. Quality Certificate 2009 for all IMA members
6. Participate in the IFES-Convention (June 2009, Paris)
7. Increase co-operations with training institutes (Universities of Applied Sciences, Academies, institutes for further education) to promote the subject fairs and exhibitions
8. Joint presence at Access 2009, Hofburg Wien, October 2009 including bestowal of the IMA-Award 2008 on an outstanding personality for special achievements in the Austrian exhibition, event and congress industry.
9. Working team “security and technics”, training for member companies
10. Co-operation with MA (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Messen Austria), especially with REC (Reed Exhibition Companies) – joint Jourfix
11. Intensify the co-operation with WKW (Chamber of Commerce Vienna) and WKO (Chamber of Commerce Austria) through fair presentations, information events and lectures
12. Intensify public relations to accompany this year’s activities
13. Elaborate a future-oriented action plan 2010 |
