This prize is awarded annually for special achievements in the Austrian exhibition, event and congress industry.
Aimed at increasing public awareness, the IMA Award is bestowed on an outstanding personality in Austrian industry or politics.
The jury consists of the IMA board and experts in the sector. The decision basis for the award is the sustainable contribution to the development of the Austrian exhibition, event or congress scene.

The IMA-Award ceremony is an annual highlight in the public relations of I.M. Austria. This event was held in 2011 for the sixth time in a row at “access - Trade Fair for Congresses, Meetings and Incentives” in the premises of the imperial Hofburg, with great participation of trade visitors and the media.
