Review of our activities in 2011
In the past year, I.M. Austria not only continued numerous long-term projects successfully, but also managed to introduce some new activities to track.
  • As in previous years, the association and its members presented themselves with their own booth at the trade fairs access 2011 (Hofburg Vienna) and EuroShop 2011 (Dusseldorf, Germany).
  • The demand for the Service Book 2011/12, which was published in February with more content than ever before, was so strong that a reprint is planned for 2012.
  • In 2011, I.M.Austria welcomed a few new members from different parts of Austria, which complement and perfect the association’s portfolio.
  • The IMA quality guidelines, which have to be fulfilled by the IMA members in order to obtain the quality label, have been completely revised in the past few months and will soon be presented to the public.
  • The Working Group on Marketing has some new activities in preparation.
  • The successful cooperation with the Austrian and international trade press was continued.
  • I.M.Austria’s international position could be strengthened through cooperation with trade associations in other European countries and the intensive collaboration in the world umbrella organization IFES.

All of these activities directly benefit the members of I.M.Austria and strengthen their market position.
