Roland Falger, the Managing Director of Messe Dornbirn, has died of a serious illness on 15 May 2009 at the age of 55. After working as a teacher and journalist, he started his job at Messe Dornbirn in 1991. Since 1998, when he became CEO, he had been working consequently for the brilliant development of the internationally renowned exhibition portfolio, as well as for the expansion of the fairgrounds and its events.

The I.M. Austria loses a highly appreciated business partner and supporter of our association. Our sympathy goes to his wife and two adult children.
