I.M. Austria will, as in previous years, be present with its own booth at the trade fair access (4 to 5 October 2010, Hofburg Vienna). Its booth no. 1 (at the upper end of the staircase - Feststiege) will show an entirely new stand concept. Expert visitors are invited to inform themselves about the activities of the association, to make contacts and to discuss their specific event idea with the experts on site.

Service Book 2011/12
In February 2011, the new edition of the Service Book for the Exhibition, Event and Congress Industry in Austria will be published. It has grown into one of the most important reference books in the industry and is completely revised every two years. Visitors of access who preorder their personal copy at the booth of I.M. Austria will receive it free of charge immediately after publication.

IMA-Award ceremony
On the second day of access, I.M. Austria will confer its IMA-Award 2009 for special achievements in the Austrian exhibition, event and congress industry. This year, the prize winner is Christian Mutschlechner, president of ACB Austrian Convention Bureau and Director of the Vienna Convention Bureau.
Ceremony date and venue: Tuesday, 5 Oct 2010 at 11 a.m. in the conference rooms of access 2010, Hofburg Vienna.

After the ceremony, I.M. Austria will offer a champagne reception at its booth. Members, partners and friends will have the opportunity to meet the awardee and other important representatives of the sector.

Access 2010 is Austria’s most important trade fair for conventions, meetings and incentives. The entrance to the award ceremony and the exhibition is free of charge. Please register beforehand on www.access-austria.at or directly on site.
