IFES world congress “Designed for Return”, June 21-23, 2007, Brussels

The world congress 2007 of IFES - International Federation of Exhibitions and Event Services - promises to become an informative highlight of the exhibition and event industry. Over 150 participants from more than 20 countries are expected – the congress is an ideal platform for new business contacts, exchanging information and experience and leading interesting discussions.

The congress program under the slogan “Designed for Return” offers speakers of the Belgian exhibition and event market as well as international experts.

The architekt Christine Conix will present the direct relation between architecture and turnover - on basis of the Brussels Atomium. Richard Erschik, President of Leads to Sales Inc., will discuss design and turnover from the marketing point of view and will offer much information to exhibition booth design.

Highlight from Austria: Prof Dr. Ernst Pfleger and Mag. Christoph Pfleger will present scientific methods to evaluate and optimize the exhibition stands and exhibition organization - on the basis of simple and practical tools. Ernst Pfleger is professor at the University of Vienna and has been recommended as speaker for the congress - due to his extraordinary research results in the communication area - by Leslie P.C. Zech, president of I.M.Austria.

The new role of China as country for trade fairs will also be addressed in this congress, as well as problem of international companies of achieving their ROI of fair participations and new software for the measurement of the ROI.
